Playstation Network Suspended. A phrase that has brought panic to the gaming world as millions of Playstation users think they’ve done something wrong. Why is your Playstation Network Suspended? Because they are working on it. No you didn’t do anything wrong. They are just working on the system. This is a perfect example of corporate stupidity.

Had the people in charge used a simple phrase like “System Temporarily Down for Maintenace”, no-one would have thought anything about it. They would be like, “O, they must be upgrading so that my Playstation experience is even better.” Instead, when users try to log in and get “Playstation Network Suspended“, they are all like,” O my gosh, what did I do? I didn’t do anything that should get me suspended.”

Come on Playstation. Think about your users. Sure you knew the reason behind the Playstation Network Suspended logo but your users don’t. Use a little common sense. Next time put System Undergoing Maintenance, rather than Playstation Network Suspended.
